Refund policy

1)Sankalp The Bandhej Shoppe / www.sankalpbandhej.com shall provide a full refund only if the product delivered to the customer is defective or incorrect.

2)In case of a defect the client has to contact within 7 days of receiving delivery on admin@sankalpbandhej.com or call on +91 9377399299.

3) In case of Return, the Goods are supposed to be shipped at 5, Neptune Tower, Besides SK Mobile, BPC Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara – 390007.

4) In the case of a Refund, It will take 15 working days to process the refund from the day of receiving returned goods.
